What shipping carriers does TeaFlavin® use? |

The TeaFlavin® team strives to deliver the products you
ordered to their destination as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have
partnered with United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ensure that
your orders are handled efficiently. |

How do I know my order is on its way? |

Once you order has been successfully completed, it will usually ship within 1-3
business days. Estimated USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 3-7 business days
in the continental US (please allow for extra time for deliveries to Alaska and
Hawaii).
Please note, the delivery times provided above are estimates only and TeaFlavin®
can not guarantee that your order will be shipped or received by you within the
time frame(s) estimated above due to shipping delays, inclement weather, and
unforeseen circumstances or otherwise. USPS Priority Mail will deliver the
package to your door.

What are my payment options for purchasing TeaFlavin? |

MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted as
payment for TeaFlavin® orders. Debit or ATM cards with a
VISA or MasterCard logo are also accepted. At this time we are unable to accept
any other form of payment. |

For which states do you charge sales tax? |

There is a 9.25% sales tax charge on total merchandise and handling for
orders delivered to Tennessee.
