do I return an item? |

Our return process is as simple as 1 - 2
- 3:
1. Simply complete the Merchandise
Return Form (PDF file, 45k) that you received with your TeaFlavin® order.
If you no longer have a copy of the original Merchandise Return Form, you can
print out a copy of the Merchandise Return Form. In order to complete the Merchandise
Return Form you will need to:

Fill in the blank spaces highlighting the item(s)
being returned, the quantity, and the reason
code for your return. |

You can find your order number on the shipping
label of the box your package was sent in. |

In the “Customer Comments” section,
please provide further detail about your return
so we can continue to improve our products and
services. |
2. Securely repackage the product. If you still have the original shipping
box, please place the product in that box.
***Please be sure that you have completed and
enclosed the Merchandise Return Form***
3. Simply ship your return using the US Postal Service
or send the package using your preferred shipper
(i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.). Please address your return

that you ship your return back to us with insured
service. This service will protect your product in
