Q: How do I return an item?
A: Our return process is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3:

1. Simply complete the Merchandise Return Form (PDF file, 45k) that you received with your TeaFlavin® order. If you no longer have a copy of the original Merchandise Return Form, you can print out a copy of the Merchandise Return Form. In order to complete the Merchandise Return Form you will need to:
Fill in the blank spaces highlighting the item(s) being returned, the quantity, and the reason code for your return.
You can find your order number on the shipping label of the box your package was sent in.
In the “Customer Comments” section, please provide further detail about your return so we can continue to improve our products and services.

2. Securely repackage the product. If you still have the original shipping box, please place the product in that box.

3. Simply ship your return using the US Postal Service or send the package using your preferred shipper (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.). Please address your return to:

NOTE: For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us with insured service. This service will protect your product in the case that the shipment is damaged or lost. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.

Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
A: Your satisfaction is the cornerstone of our business. We will be happy to take back any product that does not meet your expectations within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Q: What is the TeaFlavin® Branded Product Guarantee?
A: We proudly stand behind the quality products that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, just return it to us within 30 days for a refund.
Q: How will I get my refund?
A: Your refund will be applied back to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We are unable to refund your purchase to a credit card that is different than the one used to make the original purchase. Please allow 21 days for us to receive and process your return.
